This 100% Gamay opens bright and expressive, offering aromas of fresh red berries, light spices, and an inviting floral freshness. On the palate, the wine is energetic and fruit-forward, featuring smooth, refined tannins and impressive balance. Thanks to gentle pressing of whole clusters and patient cellar work without fining or filtration, the raw, unadulterated fruit purity shines through. The finish is clean, light, and delightfully persistent.

Naïma & David Didon are recognized as one of the most exciting and dynamic natural producers in the region. Drawing on a background in agrobiology, they acquired their vineyard "Les Vignes Blanches" in Bouzeron in 2017. Working biodynamically and in harmony with natural cycles, they produce pure, transparent wines that clearly reflect their terroir of origin.
