In the glass, this classic Provence rosé showcases a brilliant, pale salmon-pink color. The nose immediately seduces with fresh, elegant aromas of ripe strawberries, pink grapefruit, lychee, and a subtle touch of red berries. While many Provence rosés lean towards over-commercial sweetness, this wine remains wonderfully dry, pure, and immensely drinkable.

On the palate, the structure is delightfully round, juicy, and surprisingly full-bodied. Fresh citrus and summer fruit flavors are supported by a fine minerality, leading into a long, elegant finish with notes of ripe peach and white blossom.
