The Bourgogne Blanc Sous La Velle 2023 unfolds beautifully in the glass with an intense aromatic palette: think ripe pear, juicy white peach, fresh citrus zest, subtle white flowers and a hint of creamy butter. A touch of hazelnut and wet stone adds extra depth.

On the palate it is rich and mouth-filling, with a silky texture and a slightly creamy, oily edge — so typical for a fine limestone-grown Bourgogne Chardonnay.
