In the northern part of the Côte de Nuits, Gevrey-Chambertin stands as one of Burgundy’s greatest names. This village is famed for wines deeper in colour, firmer in body and richer in tannins than most other red Burgundies – and Vincent Bachelet captures this power perfectly, balancing it with his trademark finesse.
This Gevrey-Chambertin is 100% Pinot Noir, brimming with fleshy dark fruit, cherry and a hint of cola. A generous touch of vanilla oak adds that warm, signature Bachelet richness. Medium+ bodied with round tannins and impressive length, it’s built to age: from 2025 onwards, expect evolving notes of leather, tobacco, mushroom and forest floor.
