On the nose: lots of floral notes, white blossom, citrus zest and a herbal edge. On the palate: an intriguing spice hint of clove mingles with juicy orange, fresh apple and ripe quince. Lightly mineral, a mild bitterness and a subtle fizz make it energetic and thirst-quenching. The 2022 vintage has a bit more body than previous years but remains fresh and vibrant.
