Crafted from the estate's oldest Savagnin vines and aged for over six years under a natural yeast veil (sous voile), this dry, oxidative 'yellow wine' offers unmatched complexity, striking acidity, and decades of cellaring potential.

In the glass, the wine displays a deep, brilliant golden-amber hue. The bouquet opens magnificently with intense, multi-layered notes of freshly cracked walnut, almond, chestnut honey, dried apricot, and subtle baking spices. On the palate, it is powerful, bone-dry, and monumentally structured. Razor-sharp, crystalline acidity is harmoniously balanced by a rich texture and deep saline minerality, driving a finish that lingers for minutes.
