✨ Creamy, mineral and Chardonnay-esque
The nose is generous and slightly creamy: almond, lemon blossom, white peach and candied orange peel. The palate opens with zesty citrus freshness, followed by tension, minerality and just a touch of silky roundness typical of high-end Chardonnay.

🏡 About Domaine Vincent Bachelet
Vincent Bachelet – fourth-generation winemaker – took over the historic cellar in Chassagne-Montrachet in 2007. Together with his daughter Aurore (fifth generation), he manages 15 ha of premium vineyards across the Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits.
Their Aligoté vines are located in Chassey-Le-Camp, on slopes rather than valley floors – a rarity for this grape. With thick layers of ancient marl and a focus on precision and sustainability, this wine reflects true Burgundy craftsmanship.
