Alcohol and minors
Bourgognewijn.shop stands for enjoying a good glass of wine, always in a responsible way. The new Alcohol Act, which came into effect on July 1, 2021, rightly prohibits the sale of alcohol to minors. We fully endorse this and believe that young people should not drink alcohol. NIX18 < 18 years no alcohol. If you are 18 years or older, drink less but better wine anyway. Less is more.
What does this mean for you?
To guarantee that you are of legal age, we check your age. When placing an order, we ask you to confirm that you are 18 years or older. In addition, the delivery person will ask for a valid ID upon delivery (even if you pick up your order yourself). It is not possible to have an order delivered to the neighbors.
