Domaine du Grison is a family-run winery based in the quaint village of Blanot, in northern Mâconnais. The Blondeau family has been working this land for three generations, cultivating 10 hectares of vineyards spread across Blanot and Péronne.

The winery is nestled at the base of Mont Saint-Romain, in a region rich with history: Merovingian tombs, a 13th-century Cluniac priory, and the caves of Blanot, which plunge 80 meters underground into a magical world of stalactites and stalagmites.
