Tasting Notes

In the glass, Le Sirius Rouge displays a deep, seductive ruby red color. The nose is instantly greeted by a rich bouquet of blackcurrants and juicy red fruit (courtesy of the Merlot and Cabernet), subtly framed by liquorice, bay leaf, and a signature hint of black pepper from the Carignan Noir.
