The Bourgogne Chardonnay “Les Anges” truly lives up to its name: a wine defined by angelic balance, purity, and finesse. What stands out immediately is the beautiful minerality, seamlessly intertwined with subtle smoky nuances and the soft, fresh character of white fruit.

The result is a harmonious, elegant, and perfectly balanced Chardonnay that showcases the true finesse of Burgundy — without ever becoming heavy or opulent. "Needs a moment to breathe. After 5 minutes, harmony is restored and delicate floral notes emerge. On the nose: yellow fruit, cream, vanilla, and toasted accents. More vanilla and butterscotch on the palate; a creamy, soft mouthfeel with mild mandarin bitters, a hint of menthol, and a superb finish of salty liquorice and mild white pepper that lingers long, followed by roasted almonds. The mouth-watering, refreshing finish makes it an excellent food companion. The new oak is pleasantly present. Everything is produced according to biodynamic principles, but without official certification."
