Cuvée Reflet is a Champagne with finesse, vibrancy and subtle oak nuances:

• Nose: Elegant and expressive, with fresh notes of citrus, blossom and white peach, gently underpinned by a hint of toasted wood and brioche from partial oak fermentation.
• Palate: The first impression is crisp and bright – the low dosage (1 g/L) highlights the pure minerality and saline edge given by the sandy loam soils. Chardonnay adds finesse and length, Pinot Noir brings body, and Meunier gives roundness and fruitiness. The palate is lively and refined, with an elegant mousse and a clean, lingering finish.

Just a stone’s throw from Reims, Clemens Bertrand, a young winemaker only 33 years old and nearly two metres tall, is living his dream: crafting his own Champagne that reflects Prouilly’s terroir in every sip.

After years of study, experimenting and mastering winemaking techniques, he released his first bottles in 2020 – exceeding all expectations.
