🏡 About Vin Noé
Vin Noé is a micro-domaine in Auxey-Duresses, founded in 2016 by young Californian winemaker Jonathan Purcell. After his studies in Beaune, he worked for years with the legendary Philippe Pacalet before launching his own project. From a 100-year-old cuverie, he crafts small-scale, pure wines. Grapes are sourced from Beaujolais, Mâcon, and more recently from leased plots in Puligny-Montrachet and Saint-Aubin. His philosophy is hands-off winemaking: wild yeast, zero sulphur, and gentle gravity transfers without pumps.
