In the glass, a bright, light ruby red. The nose is enchanting with fragrant red roses, ripe raspberries, red berries and a touch of warm spices. On the palate it is fresh and juicy, with lively acidity and soft, friendly tannins. The gentle spice is typical for Mercurey, giving this wine its inviting bistro soul.
Thanks to whole-bunch fermentation (approx. 30% whole clusters), this Pinot Noir has extra texture and a subtle floral touch. Ageing for 12 months in French oak adds finesse without overpowering the pure fruit.
