New cuvee. AX-B is an acronym for Aux Bouthieres. Which is their 1er Cru vineyard. This plot however, is just right of Aux Bouthieres, more like an extension, that isn't certified yet. So technically not a 1er Cru yet although its bound to become one. New oak, lean, juicy, underlaying Earl Grey herbs, dry candy, bees wax, brulee finish along cleansing acidity. Complete wine. His wines in general benefit immensely from 1 year in the bottle at least.
