Located in the heart of Meursault, Domaine Buisson Battault has been producing refined Burgundy wines since 1945. Led by François Buisson, the third generation, the estate focuses on pure Chardonnay and elegant Pinot Noir. These wines are the epitome of their terroir: a balance of opulent fruit, subtle minerality, and refined oak.

Character and Style The white wines are characterized by layers of ripe pear, hazelnut, and a creamy texture, supported by a fresh acidity. About the Estate Since taking over in 1985, François Buisson has invested in modern cellars and sustainable viticulture, with bio-conversion as a current priority. The estate spans 9 hectares across four prestigious villages in the Côte de Beaune. Annually, the domain releases a balanced selection of Village and Premier Cru wines that combine classic elegance with modern finesse.
