🍓 Wild strawberry, grapefruit & candied peach

On the nose: wild strawberries, pink grapefruit and a hint of dried herbs. The palate surprises with its layered texture – think candied peach sweets, strawberry cordial, gentle vanilla and herbal spice. It finishes long, dry and just a bit wild. Thanks to a short skin maceration on whole-bunch Chardonnay, there’s a subtle grip that gives the wine structure – reminiscent of a dry Alsace Pinot Gris, but more daring.
