This Pouilly-Fuissé is made from 100% Chardonnay from vines with an average age of 55 years, matured in oak barrels. The wine has a light golden yellow color and is beautiful with a lush teardrop structure. The aromatic profile is intense and typically Burgundian, with notes of roasted hazelnuts, candied pineapple, vanilla and a subtle touch of oak. The taste is creamy and full of nuances of apricots, peaches and butterscotch, complemented by refreshing citrus notes, delicate tannins and a hint of vanilla. This refined Burgundy offers a balance between fruit and acidity, without the oak being dominant. Ideal to serve with a refined fish dish or white meat.
