High above Chassey-le-Camp, on the edge of the Côte Chalonnaise, Naïma & David Didon craft authentic, biodynamic wines with purpose and heart. Their 2022 Aligoté comes from a cool, east-facing slope and combines limestone-driven tension with a soft, rounded texture. This is Aligoté with energy and depth – pressed gently, fermented naturally, and bottled with quiet confidence.

About the Winemakers

Naïma & David Didon are winemakers with purpose and conviction. Their paths crossed in Beaune – and from that moment, they committed to making wines that express their ideals. In 2017, they found their place: “Les Vignes Blanches”, a steep slope above Chassey-le-Camp. On just 2 hectares, they produce thoughtful, deeply personal wines.
David’s training at the agrobiology school in Beaujeu laid the foundation for their biodynamic approach. In the cellar, native yeasts are carefully guided, and every detail is handled with care. For them, wine is not just about chemistry – it's a spiritual connection between nature and the people who drink it.
