Nose: Intense and generous – aromas of white fruits like juicy pear and vineyard peach fill the glass. Subtle hints of dried fruit, such as almond, add depth and finesse.
Palate: Round, fleshy and beautifully layered. Ripe yellow fruit shines through immediately, framed by a fresh structure that gives the wine tension and length. The mousse starts full and refines elegantly. The balance between freshness and ripeness is exemplary. The finish is concentrated with a delicate, lightly toasted note that lingers beautifully.
