✨ Precise, vibrant and aromatically layered
The nose opens with bright aromas of sun-dried straw, beeswax, yellow plum, lime zest, and green apple. As it warms slightly, delicate hints of wet stone, flint, sea breeze, and white blossom emerge – building a clean, almost Alpine aromatic profile that keeps unfolding in the glass.
On the palate, the wine strikes with clarity: a tight and saline backbone supports the fleshy mid-palate. The texture is creamy yet lifted, thanks to its aging in concrete egg-shaped vats. Juicy notes of stone fruit (mirabelle, apricot), citrus oils, and subtle herbal tones give complexity. A delicate bitterness reminiscent of almond skin adds gastronomic grip.
