In the Premier Cru village of Chigny-les-Roses, nestled between Reims and Épernay, Arnaud and his wife Sophie produce a truly evocative Champagne. This 100% Pinot Meunier from the Les Agneaux parcel is a showcase of finesse, tension and character. No luck involved – just pure craftsmanship.

🥂 Tasting Note

This oak-aged Meunier Champagne is anything but ordinary. The nose opens with warm notes of spiced apple, quince compote and soft wood spice. The palate is lively and textured, with fine mousse, hints of vanilla, crème brûlée and a touch of salted caramel. Ageing in oak barrels adds depth and gravitas, while the zero dosage (0 g/l) brings clarity, length and precision.

It’s like a summer night by the river, ending by the fire with a guitar in hand – that’s how soulful and charming this Champagne is.
