Côte de Beaune
The Côte de Beaune, located in the southern part of Burgundy, is known for its excellent white and red wines. This wine region stretches from Ladoix-Serrigny to Dezize-lès-Maranges and includes famous villages such as Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, and Chassagne-Montrachet.
The white wines from the Côte de Beaune, mainly made from Chardonnay, are world famous and are known for their richness, complexity and refreshing minerality. They offer aromas of ripe fruit, butter and roasted nuts, often with a long, elegant finish.
